· Manage and oversee the functional responsibilities at a small instrument manufacturing site in Belgium
· Implement site specific operating plans and assure each functional group meets its required objectives
· Manage the accurate implementation of processes and procedures as directed by Corporate HQ
· Provide oversight and project management support to development activities
· Manage, oversee and implement required plans, practices and systems in manufacturing
· Manage and maintain manufacturing quality systems, practices and procedures
· Manage the manufacturing requirements planning and support for the manufacturing team
· Manage the logistics requirements of the organization
· Manage the administrative staff in the accurate posting and payment of suppliers and vendors
· Recognize and communicate process and product improvement opportunities, issues, and complaints
· Act as the main contact and manager for resolution of issues: development, manufacturing and logistics
· Regularly and effectively communicate the status of development, systems and manufacturing External
· Provide logistics support to customers
· As Directed, effectively communicate the status of projects, systems and manufacturing
· Facilities management Systems
· Support the implementation and maintainence of accounting, inventory and book keeping systems
